Refund and Returns Policy


All orders are processed daily, usually 12-24 hours after an order is placed depending on order volume. Our items ship direct to you, our customer, from their wholesale supplier, manufacturer or custom print service. Once an order is processed and sent to our supplier for fulfillment, we cannot cancel the order. Note that the reported status of your order may not immediately reflect the current status of your order. Email to inquire about your order status. We'll do our absolute best to meet your requests.


Our policy lasts 15 days for retail items. If 15 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Note: Free promotional items do not qualify for returns or refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for products shipped from our suppliers located outside of the US, due to shipping cost and limitations. We do not accept returns for some intimate goods and personal care items. If you have any doubt as to whether an item you wish to purchase qualifies for refund or return, please inquire before you purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned or requested more than 15 days after delivery

We reserve the right to deny refund to any customer at any time, based on our sole discretion.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Refunds

If the shipping service reports successful delivery of your package, we are not responsible for your package beyond this point.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Some sale priced or promotional offer items will not be approved for refund. This is up to the discretion of our company.


We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at


To return your product, you should contact for further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
